Ramses: R Package for Antimicrobial Stewardship & Surveillance

A package for data-driven hospital antimicrobial stewardship and infection surveillance. Ramses supports the validation and analysis of routine electronic health records (episodes of care, drug prescriptions and administrations, microbiology and investigations results) to help monitor prescribing and keep antibiotics working for years to come.
